Liberty has fifteen (15) Injection Molding Machines ranging from 75 Ton to 550 Ton for all your molding needs, short and long run production.

To build new molds or to maintain your existing tooling, Liberty offers a Surf Cam Cad System and 5 CNC Mills. Liberty also can handle secondary machining on plastic parts, assembly, heat staking and packaging.

Biography:

1st Generation

The company was founded in 1973 by Homer and Marlene Gemmer, starting at a little building on Liberty Street in Newport Kentucky. With rapid growth they moved on April 2, 1993 to a 56,000 square foot building in Bellevue Kentucky.

2nd Generation

Finding retirement desirable, Homer and Marlene retired in December of 2000. Jeff, their son, and his wife Janet purchased the building and business in January 2001. The name was then changed to Liberty Plastics Molding Corporation Inc. to better describe what the business was now doing.

Jeff has been with the company for 32 years, starting as a Mold Maker and is now president of the company. He still works with all customers on new products and is still hands on with the business.

Janet, after several years as a Homemaker, came on board at ground level, running machines and assembly. She is now Office Manager and Operations Control Manager.
